PRC 2027 Call for Volunteers

Hey OC Chapter Members!

The SMPS Pacific Regional Conference is coming your way in 2027, and we’d love to get as many OC chapter members on the volunteer committees as possible. Here’s how each committee could line up with your career goals:

·        Programs Committee: Shape the program for PRC 2027 while being a point person for top-notch speakers in the AEC Industry.

·        Marketing and Communications Committee: Always wanted to try your hand at social media, thought leadership, or email communications? Use this experience to grow or strengthen your skills!

·        Sponsorship Committee: Great business development and outreach opportunities while also helping support the sustainability of the conference and grow relationships across the region.

·        Registration Committee: After learning the backend of coordinating a massive conference like this, planning your company retreat or holiday party will be a piece of cake! Come learn from the best on processes, logistics, and the coordination required to pull off the largest SMPS regional conference.

Our Volunteer Kick-off Meeting is coming up on April 28^th at noon. If you’re interested in volunteering, please fill out the Volunteer Form below and we will get you added to the kick-off meeting (which will also serve as your first committee meeting).
