Hello everyone,
What a phenomenal term year we’ve had at SMPS Orange County! Whether you joined us in person or tuned in virtually, your support made every event a success. Let’s look back at all we accomplished together:

📚 Elevation Through Education
Our commitment to professional growth continued through dynamic learning sessions, with these programs including other SMPS chapters:
- DISC Training – Unlocking strengths and improving team communication
- 2-Part AI Training – Exploring artificial intelligence impacts on AEC marketing and research
- 2025 PRC Recap – An educational fast-track of several of the keynotes and sessions
Plus, we toured OC Sanitation’s Treatment Plant, giving members a firsthand look at innovative waste water operational practices.

A heartfelt thank-you to our board and chapter volunteers, who have worked diligently this year. A huge thank you as well to every attendee, speaker, and sponsor who made this term year so meaningful. Your engagement makes all the difference!
